We started Baltimore Trips in 2015 with two coaches and a phone number. Ten years later we run eight vehicle classes — from a 4-seater executive Sprinter to a 56-passenger motorcoach — dispatched out of a Baltimore-area yard, with drivers who actually live here.
Every trip we book, every quote we send, every driver we put in front of a client — it's all local. No outsourced call center. No third-party fleet swaps. When you call, you're talking to someone who knows the difference between the Fell's Point pickup zone and the Federal Hill pickup zone (and which one to use on a Saturday night).

What we haul
- Weddings — guest shuttles, bridal party, out-of-town lodging loops. Baltimore, Annapolis, Eastern Shore, and every waterfront venue in between. We run 200+ weddings a year.
- Ravens home games — party-bus tailgates dropping into Lot J, sober rides home. Every home game, every season, since 2015.
- Preakness weekend — Pimlico shuttles, infield parties, hospitality suites. Book by January or don't book at all.
- Corporate — offsites, client hospitality, conference shuttles. Same-day invoice, insurance certs on demand, professional drivers in business attire.
- Group travel — Ocean City weekends, Cape May day trips, cross-state to Nashville, casino runs to AC. If it moves 15–56 people, we've done it.
Why Baltimore-owned matters
Most "charter bus companies" you'll find on Google for Baltimore are national booking marketplaces. You call a Michigan number, they subcontract to whichever DOT-registered operator has an open bus that day, you have no idea who's actually driving until it shows up. That's fine for a one-off cross-country move, terrible for a wedding or a corporate event where the details matter.
We own our fleet. We know our drivers by name. We know which bus has the LED lighting that actually works and which one's been in the shop for a fuel filter. When you book with us, we're not brokering — we're operating.

Full fleet page here with photos of every vehicle class. Every unit is DOT-registered, MC-numbered, and inspected on the schedule the FMCSA sets — not the one that's convenient. Insurance certificates go with every reservation. Copy of the CDL, background check summary, and D&A test compliance record available for corporate/school clients on request.
Coverage area
Home yard is in Baltimore County. We dispatch daily to Baltimore City, Annapolis, Aberdeen, Frederick, the DMV, all of the Eastern Shore, and up through Delaware to Cape May. We do long-haul cross-state runs to Nashville, Orlando, NYC, and elsewhere on demand.
