How early should I book an airport transfer?
For solo / small group transfers, 48 hours notice is usually fine. For wedding weekends, conventions, or anything requiring more than one vehicle, book 2–3 weeks ahead — coach inventory around BWI tightens quickly during peak travel weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving).
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks the flight in real-time. Pickup time auto-shifts with the new arrival ETA — no need to call us. We bill from your actual landing time, not the original schedule. If the delay exceeds 3 hours we’ll touch base by text to confirm intent.
Can you handle multiple flights arriving on different days?
Yes — wedding-weekend and reunion bookings often have guests arriving Thursday, Friday morning, Friday evening, and Saturday. We coordinate one shuttle dispatcher across all arrivals so each group gets met at baggage claim with a sign and routed to the venue or hotel.
What size vehicle do I need?
Rough rule: 1–4 passengers with luggage = sedan or executive SUV. 5–14 = sprinter van or mini-coach. 15–28 = mini-coach (great for Baltimore Inner Harbor hotel circulators). 29–56 = full motor coach with under-coach luggage bays. We’ll size the right vehicle to your group + bag count when you quote.
Do you do the Cruise Maryland Terminal at Locust Point?
Yes — BWI → Cruise Maryland Terminal is a 25-minute transfer for Carnival Pride and other Baltimore-departing cruises. Bus drops at the terminal entrance; bags go straight to porters. We’ll also handle the return from the terminal back to BWI on disembarkation day.
What’s the rate for an airport transfer?
Flat-rate, not per-mile. A BWI sedan transfer is typically the lowest end; a 56-passenger coach from BWI to Inner Harbor is higher. Rates depend on vehicle size, time of day, and total stops.
