Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% deposit holds the vehicle, balance due day-of. Deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the trip (30 days for large groups + wedding events).
Are you actually Baltimore-based?
Yes. Family-owned, dispatched from a Baltimore County yard, drivers who live in the metro area. Not a booking marketplace pretending to be local.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 14+ days out: full deposit refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: deposit forfeit (we've already blocked the vehicle and pre-scheduled the driver). Weddings, Preakness, Ravens home games follow the 30-day rule.
