About our Wedding Transportation — Baltimore & the Mid-Atlantic
Wedding transportation is the single most common booking on our calendar — we roll something wedding-related almost every Saturday from April through October, plus steady winter holiday and January weddings. The Baltimore wedding market is unique for two reasons: the density of historic and hotel venues packed into Inner Harbor (Cescaphe, The Curtis, Logan, Water Works, Franklin Institute, City Hall, Down Town Club, Cairnwood), and the fact that so many couples and guests are traveling in from New York, DC, and the suburbs. That combination means most weddings need at least two types of vehicle: something premium for the bridal party plus something larger for the guest shuttle.
Our standard bridal-party package is a 4 or 5 hour booking that covers prep-location pickup, ceremony transport, a photo-op detour, and the reception drop — usually a stretch limo (for classic elegance) or a stretch SUV (for the "big arrival" feel). For guest shuttles we dispatch 24-, 32-, or 56-passenger coaches on a timed loop between the ceremony venue, the reception venue, and guest hotels in Inner Harbor. Many couples book a simultaneous package with a sedan or sprinter for VIP out-of-town family.
Planning lead time: peak-season Saturdays (May, June, September, October) book 4 to 6 months out. For summer weekends with multiple venues in-play we recommend 6 months. Weeknight and off-peak weddings have more flexibility — same-month is often possible. How many vehicles do I need for a typical Baltimore wedding?
A 150-guest wedding usually needs: 1 stretch limo for the couple, 1 stretch SUV or party bus for the bridal party, and 1 or 2 coaches for the guest shuttle (depending on hotel-to-venue distance and whether shuttles run simultaneously or on a timed loop).
Can you coordinate the guest shuttle with the venue's timeline?
Yes. Our dispatch builds a minute-by-minute timeline with the wedding planner — first shuttle departure, ceremony arrival, reception pickup, last return to hotels. Chauffeurs have that schedule printed and on radio.
What happens if the wedding runs long?
Every booking has a half-hour buffer built in. Beyond that, we charge by the hour for overtime at the same rate as the base package. Chauffeur stays until the final drop.
Do you coordinate with other wedding vendors?
Yes — photographers, planners, venues, hotels, the whole crew. Once you share the vendor list with our dispatch we coordinate directly so you don't have to play middleman.
Do you provide a just-married placard and red carpet?
Yes on both. Standard on every wedding booking — window placard for the limo, red carpet roll-out on arrival at the reception. Champagne and glassware setup is included for the couple.
What about guest pickup at hotels across Inner Harbor?
We run a guest-shuttle loop: Mount Vernon → Logan → Ritz → ceremony → reception, with timed return pickups. For most urban weddings two coaches on a loop handle 150 guests cleanly.
