Commissioning Week shuttles (late May) — Commissioning Week is Annapolis's busiest week of the year. Families fly into BWI, Reagan National, and Dulles from all 50 states. We run BWI + DCA + IAD airport-to-Annapolis-hotel shuttles running Sunday through Wednesday, then Naval Academy Chapel + Bancroft Hall drop shuttles for the events themselves (Herndon Monument climb, parade formations, commissioning ceremony, ring dance for firsties). Post-commissioning, we shuttle new ensigns and Marine second lieutenants to their first assignments — Norfolk, Pensacola, or Quantico via long-haul motorcoach if the whole graduating group wants a shared trip.

USNA Chapel wedding transportation — Naval Academy Chapel weddings are among the most coveted (and most restricted) military venues. Guest shuttles from downtown Annapolis hotel blocks (Loews, Marriott Waterfront, Historic Inns of Annapolis, Westin) to the USNA Chapel handle the awkward foot-traffic and parking constraints inside the yard. Post-ceremony, we transport to the reception venue — often Bay Ridge Beach & Pool Club, the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, or O'Callaghan's — and return late-night to the hotel block. Multi-day packages (rehearsal dinner Friday + ceremony/reception Saturday + Sunday brunch) are standard for USNA Chapel weddings.

Army-Navy game charter (December) — The Army-Navy game rotates between Philadelphia, Baltimore (M&T Bank Stadium), and Foxborough. When the game is at M&T Bank Stadium, we run charter buses from Annapolis (USNA plebe cadets get free tickets) to Baltimore game day. When it's in Philadelphia, we do full round-trip charter buses from Annapolis to Lincoln Financial Field. Book by August for December game charters.

Parents' Weekend group buses — USNA Parents' Weekend brings 4,000+ family members to Annapolis in early October. We handle multi-vehicle parent shuttles between recommended hotel blocks and USNA yard events (parade formations, tailgate at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, brigade evening presentation).

Officer commissioning follow-on trips — Newly-commissioned officers frequently celebrate with family multi-day trips — Chesapeake Bay boating day trip, DC family sightseeing, or a Baltimore Inner Harbor / Little Italy dinner package. We handle these as multi-day packages with the commissioning family.

Alumni + reunion charters — USNA class reunions (5-year cycles) draw alumni from all over. Alumni reunion committees book charter buses for Blue and Gold Officer group events, cocktail receptions at the Naval Academy Club, and campus tours for spouses/families.
