Party buses are billed hourly with a 4-hour minimum most weekends (Ravens home games, prom season, Preakness). Rates typically start around $195/hour for the 20-passenger and scale up with unit size and season. Peak Saturdays book fast — Ravens game weekends often sell out 6 weeks in advance.
