Can we bring our own drinks on the bus?

Yes — every bus is BYOB. Most include onboard bars and ice. Just remember everyone in the group must be 21+ if alcohol is on board, and our drivers will not allow open containers near the driver compartment.

What if my plans change after I book?

Reach out as soon as you know — most reservations are reschedulable up to 72 hours before pickup with no penalty. Cancellations inside that window may forfeit the deposit. Your contract spells out the exact terms.

Do you serve smaller cities outside the major metros?

We serve 4,000+ cities across all 50 states. If you do not see your city listed, request a quote anyway — odds are we have an affiliate partner there. We will either confirm or recommend the best alternative.

How big a deposit is required?

Most rentals require a 25% deposit at booking with the balance due 5–7 days before the trip. Larger group reservations and longer multi-day rentals may require a 50% deposit. Exact terms appear on your quote.

What happens if the bus breaks down?

Every bus is professionally maintained, but breakdowns can happen. Our 24/7 dispatch dispatches a replacement vehicle from the nearest affiliate partner — typically within 30–60 minutes — and the original time you booked is honored.

Are pets allowed on the bus?

Service animals are always welcome. Other pets are case-by-case and depend on the vehicle owner — note it on the quote form and we will route to operators who allow them.
