Our executive sedan service is the quiet, professional option for groups of 1 to 4 — a Lincoln Town Car, Cadillac XTS, or Mercedes-Benz S-Class driven by a uniformed chauffeur on a hard schedule. It's what executives use for PHL arrivals, what wedding couples book for the send-off, and what corporate travel managers use when they need a reliable ride that isn't Uber. We operate the sedan fleet as a scheduled black-car service: flight-tracked arrivals, bottled water in the back, full receipts, and a chauffeur who doesn't chat unless you want them to.

Pricing and booking lead time
Sedan service is priced by transfer (flat rate) for airport and point-to-point, or hourly with a 2-hour minimum for as-directed service. PHL one-way transfers to Inner Harbor run $90–$140 depending on time. Corporate accounts get standardized pricing across the fleet.

How is your sedan service different from Uber or Lyft?
Fixed rate quoted in advance (no surge). A full-time employee chauffeur (background-checked, drug-tested, uniformed). A tracked vehicle (we know exactly where it is). Flight-tracked pickups. Corporate billing. And a real dispatch number to call if anything goes sideways.
Can I book a sedan for a full day?
Yes — "as-directed" service. We assign the sedan and chauffeur to you for the hours you need (minimum 2). Common pattern: airport pickup, full day of meetings, dinner, hotel drop-off.
How early should I book an airport transfer?
Next-day is usually fine. Same-day requests we'll do our best but can't guarantee for peak arrival windows. For high-end clients, we'll block-reserve the vehicle for flights 7+ days out.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight against the confirmed itinerary. If the flight moves, the pickup moves with it — no extra charge for reasonable delays. We hold the vehicle for 90 minutes after the updated landing time.
Do you work with corporate travel programs (Concur, SAP)?
Yes — we can invoice via Concur, provide standardized receipts, and accommodate most corporate travel policies. Ask your sales contact for a corporate contract.
Is the chauffeur armed or trained for security?
Standard chauffeur, no. If you need executive protection, that's a separate service — we partner with licensed Maryland EP firms and can coordinate a joint booking.
