Tolls along the route: Delaware Turnpike ($4 car, ~$15 bus at I-95 crossing), Fort McHenry Tunnel Baltimore ($4 car, ~$15 bus for the full-size coach), and Capital Beltway toll sections if your itinerary includes Virginia destinations. Tolls are included in the quote — you don't carry cash on the trip. Rest-stop scheduling: typically one stop at the Maryland Welcome Center (mile 110) or Chesapeake House on the Maryland Turnpike; we build this into the driver hours-of-service plan.

Depends on destination. For Smithsonian / National Mall trips, the DC bus parking zone on Ohio Drive. For hotels (Gaylord, Marriott, Mayflower), we drop at the hotel porte cochere. Our dispatch handles the destination-specific routing.
Can the driver park overnight in DC?
Most DC hotels have bus parking on-site or partner with a nearby bus lot. Driver lodging is at a hotel adjacent to your group. We coordinate at booking.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak school-trip windows (March–May, October) need 3–4 months. Shoulder seasons have more flexibility. Conference-driven weekends (AACR, association-heavy calendar) book 2–3 months out.
Can you handle multiple pickups in Baltimore before the drive?
