How does the school-trip logistics work?

A 54-passenger coach handles ~45 students + chaperones comfortably. For larger schools, 2 coaches is standard at roughly 40 students each.
Do we need to pre-book CW tickets?
Yes for groups — through CW's group-sales program. Our dispatch helps coordinate the timing but the tickets themselves come through the school's booking.
Can we add a Mount Vernon stop?
