College homecoming weekends are a different animal — multi-day, multi-event, multi-vehicle operations. Friday night alumni receptions, Saturday tailgate (Johns Hopkins's at Franklin Field, Loyola at Vidas Field, Goucher at the Pavilion), Saturday night alumni parties, Sunday brunch. What is included in the price?

Every quote is all-in: vehicle plus a licensed chauffeur plus commercial insurance plus fuel plus standard gratuity. There are no surprise add-ons. The price you see is the price you pay.

Is there a minimum rental time?

Most party buses have a 4-hour minimum. Some markets and vehicle types allow shorter rentals (such as airport transfers). The quote form above shows what is allowed for your specific trip.

Can we bring our own drinks on the bus?

Yes — every bus is BYOB. Most include onboard bars and ice. Just remember everyone in the group must be 21+ if alcohol is on board, and our drivers will not allow open containers near the driver compartment.

What if my plans change after I book?

Reach out as soon as you know — most reservations are reschedulable up to 72 hours before pickup with no penalty. Cancellations inside that window may forfeit the deposit. Your contract spells out the exact terms.

Do you serve smaller cities outside the major metros?

How big a deposit is required?

Most rentals require a 25% deposit at booking with the balance due 5–7 days before the trip. Larger group reservations and longer multi-day rentals may require a 50% deposit. Exact terms appear on your quote.
