The full Baltimore wedding transportation package
Waterfront venues from the Inner Harbor to St. Michaels. Historic Fell's Point ceremony spaces. Federal Hill rowhouse rehearsal dinners. Baltimore weddings sprawl across a lot of pickup zones — and the shuttle plan has to work.
We run 200+ weddings a year across the greater Baltimore, Annapolis, and Eastern Shore region. Every planner in town has our number. If your day-of coordinator hasn't handed you our card yet, ask them — chances are we've worked the venue.
How we structure a wedding day
- Bridal-morning transport — SUV or Sprinter picks the bride + party at 7 AM for hair/makeup, then to first-look photo location, then to ceremony. Time-locked. On the clock. Chauffeur in professional dress.
- Guest shuttle loops — 20 or 30-passenger minicoach runs continuous loops between the guest hotel and venue. Two vehicles for large weddings (200+ guests). Coordinated start times so nobody misses the ceremony.
- Bridal party grand entrance — 20-passenger Hummer H2 stretch or a 14-passenger party bus. Music playing, champagne loaded. Because.
- End-of-night sober ride — final shuttle takes guests back to the hotel at midnight (or later — most weddings need a 1 AM final). No drunk driving, no Uber-surge chaos.
- Next-day brunch shuttle — for the out-of-town family that stays over. Hotel to Sunday brunch venue and back. Half-day rate.
