How we structure a wedding day

• Bridal-morning transport — SUV or Sprinter picks the bride + party at 7 AM for hair/makeup, then to first-look photo location, then to ceremony. Time-locked. On the clock.
• Guest shuttle loops — 20 or 30-passenger minicoach runs continuous loops between the guest hotel and venue. Two vehicles for large weddings (200+ guests). Coordinated start times so nobody misses the ceremony.
• Bridal party grand entrance — 20-passenger Hummer H2 stretch or a 14-passenger party bus. Music playing, champagne loaded. Because.
• End-of-night sober ride — final shuttle takes guests back to the hotel at midnight (or later — most weddings need a 1 AM final). No drunk driving, no Uber-surge chaos.

Book 6–12 months ahead for any Saturday from April through October. Peak dates (May, June, September, October Saturdays) sell out 8+ months out. Winter weddings (November–February) usually workable at 8–12 weeks.
