About Wedding Transportation in Baltimore & DMV

Chauffeured wedding transportation across Baltimore — stretch limos, stretch SUVs, party buses, and full coaches for bridal parties, guest shuttles, and send-offs. Serving Cescaphe, The Curtis, Water Works, Logan Hotel, Franklin Institute, and every venue in the region.

About our Wedding Transportation — Baltimore & the Mid-Atlantic

Wedding transportation is the single most common booking on our calendar — we roll something wedding-related almost every Saturday from April through October, plus steady winter holiday and January weddings. The Baltimore wedding market is unique for two reasons: the density of historic and hotel venues packed into Inner Harbor (Cescaphe, The Curtis, Logan, Water Works, Franklin Institute, City Hall, Down Town Club, Cairnwood), and the fact that so many couples and guests are traveling in from New York, DC, and the suburbs. That combination means most weddings need at least two types of vehicle: something premium for the bridal party plus something larger for the guest shuttle.

Our standard bridal-party package is a 4 or 5 hour booking that covers prep-location pickup, ceremony transport, a photo-op detour, and the reception drop — usually a stretch limo (for classic elegance) or a stretch SUV (for the "big arrival" feel). For guest shuttles we dispatch 24-, 32-, or 56-passenger coaches on a timed loop between the ceremony venue, the reception venue, and guest hotels in Inner Harbor. Many couples book a simultaneous package with a sedan or sprinter for VIP out-of-town family.

Planning lead time: peak-season Saturdays (May, June, September, October) book 4 to 6 months out. For summer weekends with multiple venues in-play we recommend 6 months. Weeknight and off-peak weddings have more flexibility — same-month is often possible. Every wedding contract includes decoration-friendly provisions (exterior magnets and ribbons are standard), red-carpet rollout on arrival, complimentary champagne-and-glassware for the couple in the limo, and a dedicated 24/7 dispatch contact for day-of changes.

Preferred vehicles for this event

These are the vehicles we most often dispatch for Wedding Transportation — Baltimore & the Mid-Atlantic — click any card for full specs, capacities, and photos.

Stretch Limos

Classic Lincoln and Chrysler 300 stretch limousines — 6 to 10 passengers. The elegant, traditional formal-event transport. Weddings, funerals, anniversaries, airport VIP, high-end nightlife.

Stretch SUVs

Hummer, Escalade, and Navigator stretch SUVs — 10 to 20 passengers. The step up from a classic stretch limo: more headroom, bigger sound, and a dramatic exterior profile. Weddings, prom, nightlife, VIP arrivals.

Party Buses

Baltimore party bus rentals from 18 to 40 passengers. LED lighting, premium sound, cooler bars, leather perimeter seating. Atlantic City runs, Fells Point bar crawls, bachelor/bachelorette nights, prom, Sweet 16s.

Sprinter Vans

Mercedes Sprinter 10 to 14 passenger vans — executive and standard configurations. Airport transfers, small-group nightlife, wedding-guest overflow, corporate shuttles.

Coach Buses

40 to 61 passenger long-haul motorcoaches — reclining seats, under-coach luggage, restroom, Wi-Fi, DVD. The workhorse for Baltimore-to-anywhere group travel: DC, NYC, Boston, Pittsburgh, Niagara, Disney, multi-state tours.

Common Questions

Everything you’d want to know before you book.

Can the bus be decorated for our event?
Yes — clings, balloons, removable banners are all welcome. Anything that uses adhesive on the interior (tape, glue) is not allowed because it damages the wraps. Bring your decor 30 minutes before pickup so the driver can help set up.
What is the policy on damages or spills?
A pre-trip walkthrough documents existing condition. After the trip, normal wear is on us; damage beyond that (tears, broken fixtures, biohazard cleanup) bills at cost. Most bookings come with a $200–$500 refundable damage hold on the deposit.
Will the same driver handle a multi-day trip?
For trips under 10 hours/day, yes. Federal Hours of Service rules cap drivers at 10 hours of driving per duty cycle, so multi-day trips with long driving legs may include a relief driver — included in the quoted rate at no extra cost to you.
Do you have liability insurance for events?
Yes. Every operator carries $1.5M–$5M in commercial auto liability. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for venues, employer events, or weddings can be issued before pickup — request one when you book and we will email it within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — peak Saturdays in prom and wedding season fill up months ahead. That said, our network is large enough that we regularly fill same-week and next-day requests too. Submit a quote and we will tell you what is available right away.
What is included in the price?
Every quote is all-in: vehicle plus a licensed chauffeur plus commercial insurance plus fuel plus standard gratuity. There are no surprise add-ons. The price you see is the price you pay.
Will Cylburn Arboretum or the Sagamore Pendry accept your Certificate of Insurance?
Yes — both venues are on our regular wedding rotation and we issue COIs in their preferred format. Cylburn requires the City of Baltimore listed as additional insured for the arboretum grounds; the Sagamore Pendry wants Sagamore Hospitality named and a copy emailed to their events team 48 hours before arrival. Tell us the venue when you book and we will pre-stage the certificate so nothing holds up the cocktail-hour shuttle from the Mount Vernon hotels.
Can we run a hotel shuttle for guests staying downtown while the wedding party uses a separate limo?
That is the most common multi-vehicle booking we do in Baltimore. A 40 or 56-passenger coach loops Inner Harbor, Harbor East, and Mount Vernon hotels in 25-minute cycles, while a stretch limo or 14-passenger Sprinter handles the bride, groom, and immediate family on a separate schedule. Both vehicles are dispatched from the same operator so timing is coordinated and you get one invoice. Plan on $135–$185/hr for the shuttle and $155–$225/hr for the limo.
Do you handle a late-night return run from a Federal Hill or Fells Point after-party?
Yes. A common pattern is ceremony pickup at 3pm, reception transport at 5pm, then a 11pm or 12am after-party run from Mother's Federal Hill Grille, Power Plant Live!, or a Fells Point bar like The Horse You Came In On Saloon back to the guest hotels. Booking the return leg upfront locks in the same driver and avoids surge pricing. We can either keep the bus on-site between legs (hourly meter continues) or release and re-dispatch (lower cost if the gap is over 3 hours).
What is the right send-off vehicle if our reception ends at The Belvedere or Gramercy Mansion?
For a classic departure photo, a Chrysler 300 stretch or a vintage Rolls-Royce-style sedan looks best under the porte-cochere at The Belvedere. If you want bigger impact for guests filming, a white stretch Hummer or Cadillac Escalade ESV stretch makes a stronger entrance shot at Gramercy Mansion's circular drive. Both pair well with a separate Sprinter for the bridal party luggage transfer to the honeymoon hotel — usually Sagamore Pendry or the Four Seasons in Harbor East.
How do you handle bridal-party logistics when the ceremony is in Annapolis but the reception is in Baltimore?
The Baltimore-to-Annapolis run is 30 minutes via US-50 in off-peak, 50 minutes on a summer Saturday. We typically dispatch a 24 or 30-passenger party bus for the wedding party that does the morning getting-ready loop in Baltimore, drives to the Annapolis ceremony, waits during photos, and returns to the Baltimore reception. Guest shuttles run as a separate coach from Annapolis hotels. Build a 45-minute buffer for Bay Bridge weekend traffic — that single delay derails more weddings than any other factor.
Can we do photo stops in Mount Vernon or Federal Hill between the ceremony and reception?
Absolutely — it is one of our most-requested add-ons. The Washington Monument in Mount Vernon, the Federal Hill park overlook of the Inner Harbor, and the Cylburn Arboretum gardens are the three top stops. Build 20 minutes per location into the timeline. The driver handles double-parking on the Mount Vernon side streets (legal for short loading stops) while the photographer works. If you want more than two stops, upsize from a stretch limo to a 22-passenger party bus so the bridal party can keep cocktails and AC running between locations.
What happens if our wedding runs over the booked hours?
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate as your original booking — no surge multiplier, no surprise fees. The driver will quietly check in with the planner or designated point person about 45 minutes before the contracted end time so you can decide to wrap or extend. We can almost always extend on the spot for the wedding-day vehicle; the only exceptions are when the driver is already dispatched to a back-to-back prom or another wedding, which is why booking peak Saturdays in May–October 4+ months out is smart.

“My only complaint is that I did not find Baltimore Trips sooner. Used them for my surprise birthday and the experience from quote to drop-off was the smoothest charter we have done in years. The bridal limo was a step up from what we usually get.”
