Are car seats provided for kids?

Accepted Answer

Buses with seat belts (most modern coaches and party buses) accept guest-supplied car seats and booster seats. Federal regulations exempt motor coaches from car-seat mandates, but we will accommodate any safety setup you need.

How loud can the music be?

As loud as you want inside the bus — every system is rated for big SPL. Drivers will ask the group to lower the volume only at pickup/dropoff in residential areas to be courteous to neighbors.

Can I bring catering or food on the bus?

Drinks yes. Hot food is generally discouraged because of cleanup, but cold catering (charcuterie, sandwich platters, cake) is fine. There is a $150–$250 cleaning fee if food spills are excessive.

Plan 2 hours 45 minutes one-way via US-50 East across the Bay Bridge and up the Atlantic City Expressway. We add a built-in 20-minute fuel and bathroom stop at the Maryland House or Chesapeake House on I-95 if the group prefers. Best departure is 11am–noon Saturday to hit the Bay Bridge before the OC beach traffic backs up. Most bachelor party AC runs are booked as a 14 to 18-hour day: pickup at noon, arrive AC by 3pm, casino floor + dinner + nightlife, depart AC at 3am, home by 6am. Hourly rates apply throughout — typical $185–$275/hr for a 22-passenger party bus.

For most bachelor groups the answer is yes — Maryland Live! is 20 minutes south of downtown via I-95 and BW Parkway, with free self-parking and a valet that easily accepts a 22 or 30-passenger party bus. Horseshoe Baltimore (now Horseshoe Casino Baltimore) sits in the city near M&T Bank Stadium with paid garage parking that requires advance arrangement for buses larger than 24 passengers. We routinely run both. If your group wants a bar-crawl warmup in Federal Hill or Fells Point before the casino, Horseshoe is the better pairing because everything is within a 10-minute drive radius.

What is the most efficient Fells Point bar-crawl route for a 14–22-person group?

The classic loop is The Horse You Came In On Saloon (oldest continuously operating bar in America), then Cat's Eye Pub for the live blues, Bertha's Mussels for the famous mussels and shot, Max's Taphouse for the beer wall, and finishing at One-Eyed Mike's for a Grand Marnier nightcap. All five are within a 4-block walk of the Fells Point Square cobblestones. The party bus parks at the public lot at Caroline and Thames or stages at the Living Classrooms lot, and the driver stays with the bus while the group walks the loop. Allow 4–5 hours for a relaxed crawl with food.

What are the BYOB rules — can we bring our own liquor or only sealed beer and wine?

Horseshoe has a designated bus drop and a paid hold lot accessed off Russell Street; Maryland Live! routes party buses to the surface lot near the events center where the driver can park, wait, and re-board the group at the agreed time. The meter keeps running because the driver is on-duty, so it is actually cheaper to keep the bus on-site for a 3–4 hour casino visit than to release and re-dispatch. If the group plans to stay past 6 hours, ask about a 'drop and return' split — sometimes makes sense, sometimes does not.

How does a bar crawl pair with a strip club or adult venue — any restrictions?

We will drop and pick up at any legal adult establishment in Baltimore, DC, or Philly without judgment — Norma Jean's, Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, and the I-95 corridor venues are all on the regular bachelor route map. What we do not do: act as a venue advisor or staff recommendation source. The driver stays with the bus at the curb and you re-board on your schedule. Same BYOB and behavior rules apply on the bus regardless of where the stop is. If the group plans a multi-venue night across Baltimore + Glen Burnie + Annapolis, build a 30-minute buffer between stops for traffic on MD-2 / I-97.

What size bus fits a 16-man bachelor crew with golf clubs going to a course before the night out?
