Every quote we send is all-in: driver, fuel, gratuity, gate fees, insurance. What you see is what you pay. Standing corporate accounts get NET-30 terms + volume discount on 8+ trips per quarter.
Booking timelines by service
- Weddings — 6–12 months. Peak Saturdays (May–October) sell 8+ months out.
- Ravens home games — 6–8 weeks for marquee matchups, 3–4 weeks otherwise.
- Preakness weekend — book by January. Not kidding.
- Prom / Grad — 8–12 weeks for peak May–June Fridays.
- Corporate offsites — 2–4 weeks usually workable.
- Casino runs / bach weekends — 2–3 weeks minimum during summer + fall.
- Wine tours / Eastern Shore day trips — 4–6 weeks in September–October.
