Cylburn Arboretum — the main mansion driveway fits a 10-passenger stretch but not a 20-passenger SUV. We stage at the visitor center lot and walk the bridal party 30 seconds to the mansion entrance. Photo-stop favorites: the formal gardens behind the mansion, the conservatory.

The Belvedere — front entrance on Chase Street fits any limousine fine. Wedding pickups stage at the side curb on Saint Paul. Photo opportunities include the rooftop (The 13th Floor) before or after ceremony.

George Peabody Library — Mount Vernon Place location. Tight curb access; we stage at the Belvedere a block away and walk you the short distance, or use the Saint Paul curb if the city has it clear.

Evergreen Museum — the driveway is narrow with a sharp curve at the main entrance. We default to an 8-passenger stretch (not 10) here unless the bridal party requires the larger vehicle. Stretch SUVs work fine at the parking-lot entrance.

Mount Washington Mill Dye House — Falls Road access, easy for any limousine. Wedding pickups stage at the front of the mill complex.

Sagamore Pendry — Fells Point waterfront, surprisingly limo-friendly. The Pendry's valet team works directly with our dispatcher.

How many hours do we need a limo for a typical Baltimore wedding?
Most Baltimore weddings book a 5- or 6-hour limo package. Can we decorate the limousine for the wedding?
Yes — exterior magnets ('Just Married,' your last name, custom signage), ribbon on the antenna, flowers attached to the grille with the magnetic mount, balloons on the bumper. Anything that uses adhesive on the interior (tape, glue, sticker residue) damages the leather and is not allowed — magnets and removable clips only. Yes — most full-wedding bookings combine a bridal-party limo with a guest-shuttle coach. Happens regularly — ceremonies that were supposed to be 45 minutes end up at an hour, or the family photos run 20 minutes long. Our chauffeur waits with the limousine staged out of the way. Wedding packages include reasonable overrun (15-30 minutes typically) at no extra cost; longer overruns bill at the standard hourly rate in 15-minute increments. The dispatcher will check in with your planner if the overrun looks like it'll affect a downstream pickup, but for most weddings the schedule absorbs the variance.
How early should we book wedding transportation?
For Baltimore wedding season (May, June, September, October Saturdays specifically), we recommend booking 6 months out. Are gratuities and fuel included in the wedding limo package?
Yes — chauffeur gratuity (standard 20%), fuel, tolls, and insurance are all built into the wedding package price. The line items appear separately on the quote so you can see what's allocated to what. If the chauffeur goes above and beyond (running the day's choreography, handling an unexpected venue change, helping load gifts), you can add to the gratuity in cash or on the final invoice — but nothing additional is required beyond the quoted package.
