Getting to campus

Address: 1700 East Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21251. The admissions office in Calvin and Tina Tyler Hall is near the intersection of Hillen Road and East Cold Spring Lane.
Visitor parking is built for cars. Visitors pay in garages and surface lots (the Commons Garage is near the Student Center and Hughes Stadium) by text-to-pay. Garages are closed on Sundays except for university events, and there is no overnight parking.

Homecoming: plan the bus as a drop-off

For Homecoming 2026, Morgan State said personal RV and bus parking would not be available, tailgate and event parking required advance registration, and BEARtransit shuttles ran between the main parking and tailgate lots, Hughes Stadium and the Student Center. Parking was also prohibited at the Northwood Commons shopping plaza, where the owners ticket and tow. Rules are set each year, so check the Homecoming parking page before you book. For an alumni group, a party bus or coach that drops everyone off and returns at a set time avoids the bus parking problem.
