In larger metros (NYC, LA, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Vegas, Miami) we can usually arrange a yard visit if scheduling allows. In smaller markets the bus may be coming from 50+ miles away the morning of, so a tour is not practical — but every booking comes with a real photo of the actual vehicle assigned.

Do you offer multi-day rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multi-day rates apply, with different pricing for days that include travel vs. days that just sit (block days). Pick "Multi-Day" on the quote form and you will get specific pricing for your itinerary.

What is your tipping policy?

Accepted Answer

Standard 18% gratuity is automatically included in every quote. If your driver goes above and beyond, additional cash tips are always appreciated but never expected.

Do drivers carry commercial licenses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every chauffeur carries a Commercial Driver License (CDL) with passenger endorsement, plus a federal medical certificate, and our affiliate operators are DOT-registered with active authority.

Can I customize the route or add extra stops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add stops on the quote form during booking, or call dispatch the day-of for last-minute changes. Most route additions have no fee if total time stays within the booked hours; overages bill at the hourly rate.

Drivers typically aim to be on-site 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup. For weddings and proms where photos are involved, build in extra buffer in the booking — every minute the bus is on-site counts toward your hours.

Is a party bus safe for a 12-year-old's birthday — what about LED lights and dance floor?

Yes, when booked as a kid-friendly party. Every booking with riders under 18 is automatically zero-alcohol, zero-substance regardless of who is on board. The LED dance lights, color-changing ceiling, sound system, and dance floor all work the same — kids love them. We require one adult chaperone per 10 kids on board and a signed parent waiver from each rider's parent or guardian on file before pickup. Most 12 and 13-year-old birthday groups book a 14 to 22-passenger party bus and do a 3 to 4-hour loop with stops at Dave & Buster's, the trampoline park in White Marsh, or an Inner Harbor laser-tag venue.

Absolutely — Hampden HONfest weekend (second weekend of June) is one of our favorite birthday bookings. The classic route: pickup in Federal Hill or Towson, drive up to The Avenue (36th Street) in Hampden for the festival, stop at Cafe Hon for the iconic photo, browse the vintage shops and the beehive-wig stations, then loop down to Atomic Books and back for cake at home. The bus parks on Falls Road or Chestnut Avenue (Hampden side streets are tight but legal for shuttle vehicles) while the group walks the festival. Book Hampden weekend 6+ weeks ahead — bus availability tightens fast.

How does an Inner Harbor cruise pickup work — can the bus stage at the dock?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Spirit of Baltimore and Watermark cruises both have designated motorcoach loading at the Pier 4 / Power Plant area off Pratt Street. The bus drops your group at the gangway 30 minutes before sail time, then either holds nearby (the lot under the JFX is the standard wait area) or releases and returns at the agreed disembarkation time. Hold-and-wait is the better call for 2 to 3-hour cruises because of downtown re-staging time. If your birthday party is doing the cruise as the centerpiece, plan a pre-cruise lunch stop at the Inner Harbor (Phillips, Bubba Gump, or Cheesecake Factory all have bus-friendly loading) so the timeline has buffer for cruise-line check-in lines.

What is the best Sweet 16 photo shoot route for Baltimore — Federal Hill park or Patterson Park Pagoda?

Both, ideally. The most photographed Sweet 16 route in Baltimore is: home pickup, Federal Hill park overlook for the Inner Harbor skyline shot (golden hour 90 minutes before sunset is best), drive across to Patterson Park for the Pagoda backdrop, then on to the venue or restaurant. Allow 25 minutes at each location for the photographer to work and for the birthday girl's outfit/touch-up time. The party bus's interior LED setup doubles as a mobile photo studio for the friend group between stops. A 22-passenger bus is the right size — fits the friend crew with the photographer and one parent.

Can the driver help with cake delivery or balloon setup?

Drivers will load the cake into the bus's cooler-shelf area or a designated flat surface and handle balloon bundles being walked from the car — they cannot inflate balloons, frost cakes, or do venue setup. For a Federal Hill or Canton row-house birthday where the cake is coming from Charm City Cakes or Patisserie Poupon, the smartest move is to have the bus do the bakery pickup en route to the party so the driver carries the cake from the bakery to the bus to the venue with no transfers. Tell us the bakery address when booking so we route accordingly.

What's the youngest age group you'll book for a party bus?

Officially 8 years old and up, with a 1-adult-per-5-kids ratio for ages 8–12 and 1-per-10 for ages 13–17. Under 8 we generally recommend a Sprinter van or smaller vehicle instead — the party-bus standing dance setup is not built for very small kids. Every kid-birthday booking includes the parent-waiver paperwork emailed with the contract. The most common kid-birthday age we see is 10 to 13 (a 'limo bus' birthday is a status thing at that age in Baltimore-area schools), and the most-requested vehicle is the 14-passenger Sprinter limo with LED lights and a sound system but no full dance floor.

Can we do a multi-stop birthday with arcade, dinner, and dessert?

That is the most popular kid-birthday format we book. A typical itinerary: 4pm pickup at home in Towson or Pikesville, 4:30 arrive at Dave & Buster's at Arundel Mills for 90 minutes of arcade time, 6:30 dinner at the Cheesecake Factory at the Inner Harbor or a Federal Hill spot like Mother's, 8:30 dessert stop at Vaccaro's in Little Italy or The Charmery in Hampden, 9:30 drop-off at home. That arc fits a 5–6 hour booking. The bus stays with the group the entire time so kids can re-board between venues without parents shuttling separate cars.
