Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes — 501(c)(3) organizations get 10% off published rates with W-9 + IRS letter verification. Discount applies year-round, no minimum spend.
Can we get net-30 or net-60 invoicing?
Established nonprofits with prior bookings: yes. First-time bookings: 50% deposit + balance net-15. We work with treasurers / development directors on PO terms.
Do you donate vehicles or services to charity events?
Limited annual partner program — we sponsor a small number of Baltimore-area nonprofits each year with in-kind transportation. Send a written request including event date, vehicle needs, and intended use of donation acknowledgment.
Can you handle a multi-bus gala shuttle?
Yes — common scenario is 3-5 coaches running 30-minute loops between a downtown hotel block and a venue (Hippodrome, BSO, BMA, etc.). We dispatch a coordinator on-site for events with 4+ vehicles.
Do you provide tax-deduction documentation?
For donation-in-kind transportation, we provide a fair-market-value receipt for the charity’s use in donor acknowledgment. Donor receives the standard service invoice.
What’s your cancellation policy for events that get rained out?
Outdoor charity events that cancel due to weather: full refund (or rebook) up to 48 hours before, 50% refund inside 48 hours. We waive the inside-48 fee for nonprofit partners with a prior booking history.
