For weekend dates in prom season (April–June) and the December wedding/holiday-party window, book 6–10 weeks out. For most other dates, 2–4 weeks is comfortable. Same-week and same-day bookings are possible — we hold a rolling reserve fleet — but selection narrows.

Yes — Aberdeen is one of our regular pickup zones, and we serve the entire Harford County area. There's no additional “out-of-town” surcharge for Harford County pickups, though longer round-trip mileage does factor into the hourly minimum.

Rated capacity is 20 passengers under Department of Transportation seat-belted counts. For “club-style” use (dancing, standing, mingling — which is what most party-bus rentals actually do), we recommend 17–18 guests for comfort. If you're pushing right up against 20, we'll usually suggest sizing up to the next class.

Adults 21+ may bring their own beverages on any party bus charter, provided every passenger on board is 21 or older. Coolers, ice, cups, and bottled water are stocked before pickup. If any guest is under 21, we operate as a dry charter — no exceptions. Underage-passenger charters (prom, sweet 16) are always alcohol-free, and chaperone-signed parent authorization is required.

Party buses in the 20-passenger class are generally not lift-equipped — the raised chassis makes retrofitting impractical. If you have a passenger requiring wheelchair boarding, ask us about our ADA-adjacent motorcoach with lift access, which we can substitute in with 72 hours' notice. We'll match the pricing tier where possible.

Full refund with 14+ days' notice. 50% refund with 7–13 days. Inside 7 days, deposit is non-refundable but transfers to a new date within 12 months. Weather-related cancellations from our side (rare — we pre-position for snow) are always full-refund or free reschedule.
