Can the coach stay overnight or does the driver sleep?
DOT rules cap drivers at 10 hours of driving per day and 15 hours on duty. Multi-day trips include driver lodging as a line item — we book a standard mid-tier hotel adjacent to your group.
Is the onboard restroom fully functional?
Yes, on every coach in our motor-coach fleet. It's a chemical toilet, emptied between trips. Wi-Fi-equipped coaches are the baseline; restroom-equipped is also baseline.
Do we need to tip the driver?
Gratuity is customary but not required — typical range is 10–15% of the base fare, directly to the driver. Many groups add it to the final invoice.
Can we bring food and drinks on the coach?
Snacks and covered beverages, yes. Hot food and alcoholic beverages depend on group type and destination — coaches heading to dry venues or school trips are alcohol-free. Ask your coordinator when booking.
What happens if our coach breaks down on the road?
